A VRL move coordinator visits your home (or does a video walkthrough) to see exactly what needs to be moved. We assess the volume, note special items, check floor and elevator access, and understand your specific requirements.
This survey is completely free and non-obligatory.
Based on the survey, we provide a detailed, itemized quote in writing. It covers packing materials, labour, transportation, insurance, and any special services. There are no hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay.
Quote is valid for 15 days. No pressure to decide immediately.
Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm your booking with a signed service agreement. We ask for a small advance to secure your moving date. Your coordinator is assigned at this stage — they'll be your single point of contact.
Advance can be paid via UPI, bank transfer, or card.
Our team arrives on the agreed time with all necessary materials. We pack room by room, photograph items before packing, label every box, and inventory everything. Furniture is disassembled, wrapped, and loaded with care.
You can supervise the entire process. We welcome your involvement.
Your belongings are loaded into our GPS-equipped truck and transported to your new location. You can track the vehicle's location in real time. Our coordinator keeps you updated throughout the journey.
All vehicles are regularly maintained and insured.
At your new home, our team unloads, unpacks, and places everything exactly where you want it. Furniture is reassembled. Boxes are opened and items placed as per your direction. We remove all packing waste before leaving.
Final walkthrough done together before we leave.
Once you're settled, your coordinator will follow up to ensure everything is in order. If anything needs attention, we address it promptly. We also invite your feedback — because every review helps us get better.

A little preparation on your side makes moving day even smoother. Here's what we recommend.
Keep your important documents — Aadhaar, passport, property papers, insurance policies — with you personally. Don't pack them into boxes that go on the truck.
The night before moving day, disconnect your refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances. Defrost the fridge. Empty the water from the washing machine.
Pack a separate bag with items you'll need on moving day and the first night — phone charger, medicines, a change of clothes, toiletries, and snacks.
Make sure our truck can park as close as possible to your door. Inform your building security or society management about the move in advance.
Photograph the setup of your home before we pack. This helps you remember where things were and makes unpacking and arrangement much easier.
If you have fragile antiques, artwork, heavy gym equipment, or a piano — let us know during the survey so we can bring the right materials and expertise.
